Jürgen Horvath is an expert in the construction and real estate business with many years of experience in the industry. In over 30 years of career development in positions as Member of the Executive Board / CEO, general manager, commercial- and project manager at international groups as well at holding companies and medium-sized corporations. Particular experience (in Europe and the USA) of corporate analyses and valuations, providing support for M&A processes, internal audit, financial controlling at affiliated companies, organization and IT management, introduction of MIS/BIS¬ systems, project development and management, real estate portfolio management, reorganization, restructuring and management of real estate and construction companies as well as the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Appointed by auditors and banks as an external specialist with particular proficiency in the field of restructuring and analysis prior to and during insolvency.

In critical phases of the project, requested for mediation and active as moderator in conflict situations

As a significant distinguishing feature vis-à-vis others in this market segment, there is well-founded expertise which has developed over the long term, both in practical as well as theoretical disciplines.
